Our dynamic team consists of 120 dedicated professionals, including 15 expert engineers specializing in mechanical and electrical control design. With leadership rooted in the prestigious CIMC, our key members bring a wealth of experience in container design and comprehensive project management.
Our prestigious company proudly holds ISO quality management system certifications, as well as classification certificates from esteemed bodies like DNV, CCS, Rina, and LR. We excel in crafting all varieties of special containers-from open top and open side to mini sets and bulk containers. Our expertise extends further into designing and manufacturing modularized enclosures for diverse equipment, such as innovative power storage solutions for batteries, PCS systems, diesel gensets, air compressors, oil field skids, oil tanks, and storage cabins for specialized gear. Our capabilities extend to offshore floating platforms, transportation for hazardous goods, garbage compressors, and advanced water purification equipment.
We have meticulously established two dedicated production lines for special containers: one for precise container body welding and another for detailed inner decoration. Our comprehensive equipment repertoire includes de-coiling machines, leveling machines, bending machines, cutting machines, laser and plasma cutting machines, and both auto and semi-auto welding machines. To ensure superior quality, we operate a pre-treatment machine for steel panels and parts, coupled with a state-of-the-art shot-blasting workshop for container bodies, and a specialized painting and oven workshop. Our thorough quality assurance process includes a separate water-proof testing machine for post-production verification.
